Spezielle Suchmaschinen erleichtern die Suche im Social Web
Wer auf Google in Blogs, Foren oder Groups bestimmte Themen recherchieren möchte, benutzt die entsprechenden vertikalen Suchmaschinen wie z.B. die Google Blogsuche. Schwieriger wird es, wenn man versucht, gezielt in Communities, auf Bookmarkportalen oder bei Microblogging-Diensten nach bestimmten Themen, Unternehmen oder Personen zu suchen. Entweder gibt die interne Suche der entsprechenden Communities wenig her oder man benötigt spezielle Such-Skills, deren Aneignung Zeit und oft viel Geduld kostet. Spezielle Social Media Suchmaschinen können diese Suche jedoch erleichtern.
Eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Social Media Suchmaschinen zeigt, wie man im Social Web schnell das findet, was man sucht. Folgende Auflistung enthält keine Social Media Monitoring Tools sondern eine Auflistung vertikaler Suchmaschinen, wobei viele dieser Suchmaschinen ein spezifisches Monitoring z.B. durch RSS-Feeds ermöglichen.
